OneLink Remote BT is designed as a local-first Bluetooth HID utility. We prioritize your privacy: keystrokes, mouse pointer details, and configurations stay entirely on your device and connected hardware.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle device permissions, user data, and payments within the application.
1. Data Safety & Processing
- No Direct Personal Information Collection: We do not collect personal information directly (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical location data).
- Local Volatile Processing: All keyboard keystrokes, trackpad/mouse inputs, and custom shortcut commands are processed in volatile memory on your hardware and transmitted directly over your local Bluetooth link as standard HID reports. They are never logged, stored, or sent to external servers.
2. In-App Purchases & Payments Policy
We offer paid digital services and products to unlock advanced features within the App:
- Products and Services Sold: We offer a one-time purchase ("Lifetime Pro Upgrade") that unlocks premium capabilities, including:
- Ad-Free Experience: Removes all advertisements (both banners and rewarded ads) permanently.
- Gamepad: Custom gamepad controller layouts.
- Trackpad: Advanced touchpad control surface with click/scroll zones.
- Air Mouse: Gyroscope/motion-sensor-based cursor movement.
- Barcode Scanner: Real-time local camera scanning to input texts directly.
- Unlimited Devices: Removes the limit on the number of paired Bluetooth devices (free tier limits pairing to 2 devices).
- Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely and exclusively through the Google Play Billing system.
- No Direct Financial Information Access: We do not collect, process, or store credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or banking credentials. No other payment gateways are integrated within the app.

3. Permissions and Usage
The App requires specific Android permissions to function as a Bluetooth HID Remote and provide utility tools:
- Bluetooth / Nearby Devices: Used to discover, pair with, and connect to TV/PC hosts over standard Bluetooth HID protocols.
- Camera: Used locally to scan barcodes or QR codes. Scanned frames are processed in-memory and are never saved or uploaded.
- Foreground Service: Used to run a stable background service maintaining active Bluetooth connectivity when the app is minimized.
- Post Notifications: Used to show an active connection indicator so users can monitor session status.
- Vibration / Wake Lock: Used respectively for haptic button feedback and preventing connection dropout while active.
4. Advertising and Trial Validation
- Google AdMob: Integrated to serve advertisements to users on the free tier. AdMob may process device identifiers in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase: Used solely to register and verify the 7-day free trial duration. To prevent abuse, a secure, non-reversible SHA-256 hash of the system's Android ID is verified on Firebase. No raw hardware identifiers are shared.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed toward children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
